Overheard someone saying, "If our education system didn't have the concept of Boards examination, children would have been much more productive and creative."
Well, truth or not, but the boards examinations do lead to a BIG HEADACHE. What is this concept of having different state boards, why board exams, why so much weightage to the boards exams… Aaargh… somebody quick get me a pain reliever! :-(

This is the board for all the budding doctors, physicians and surgeons. Here all those who are interested to pursue a career in medicine discuss everything and anything under the sun. They discuss about the entrance examination, its preparation, the medical colleges, various specializations, life in a medical college etc.

To be successful he must keep the house full, the storeroom full, the customers full, and not get full himself. He must have staff who are clean, honest, quick workers, quick thinkers, mathematicians, technicians, and at all times on the boss' side, the customer's side, and the outside bar. To sum up: he must be outside, inside, offside, glorified, sanctified, crucified, cross-eyed and - a strong silent type."

There is so much that is wrong with this world and so much that I would like to change! Might as well begin by voicing my opinion on things that frustrate me! Arrghhh…

Olympiads are international competitions held each year where students from different schools compete in events related to that particular Olympiad. For example: it could be a science Olympiad, maths Olympiad, chess Olympiad, computer Olympiad, etc. This forum focuses on resolving all queries related to preparing for an Olympiad, how to excel in an Olympiad, when are the Olympiads held, how can one participate, so on and so forth.

A great American poet Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, 'Men love to wonder, and that is the seed of science.' Indeed! Look at how much advancement we have achieved in the field of technology, medicine, space, robotics, and so much more…. All owing to the curious, imaginative and wondering mind of man! Society really owes a lot to science! But there are so many questions still unanswered, so many discoveries to be done, so much confusion… and this platform is there to address and deal with all such queries!
