Full time residential programs include Post graduate diploma in Management (PGDM) and a Post graduate program in Management. PGDM is a 2 year full time program equivalent to MBA degree offering specialization in Finance, Operations, marketing and information management.PGM is a 15 month full-time programme with 3 months of web-learning and 12 months of campus learning offered .
Candidates need to have minimum 3 years of Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised University in India or abroad.
For selection CAT/XAT/GMAT scores are considered and then students are called for an interview. For PGM, candidates also need to have minimum of 5 years of work experience.
PGFMB is 18 months program conceived with objective of training and developing Family managed business.The program is conducted twice a year.
Owner Management Program OMP is a 12month course and covers all areas of management.
The FMB Program is open to graduate family members with a significant stake in the family business. Sponsorship by the business is essential.
Selection is through assessment of the application followed by a test and personal interview. The performance of the candidate in the tests and interview is the main consideration for selection. Past academic record and work experience will be advantageous, but are not requisites.
The Candidate must fill up the online application. The Payment of Application Processing Fees can be made through either DD, or net Banking or credit card. The applicant will be sent details of web learning and other reading material required before the interview on the email id mentioned in the application.

This will be followed by a presentation by the candidate about his/her business and an interview.
There is NO requirement of CAT or GMAT scores. The application can be sent any time and will be processed for the scheduled next round of interview.
Executive education programs consist of Post graduate executive education programme which is a 21 month modular program, Short certificate programs and Management development programs. The Short certificate programs consists of Project management and service sciences
Candidates should be working executives with being graduate and minimum 5 years work experience. Selection occurs through interview, group discussions, IQ and psychometric tests.

" Selection is on basis of CAT, XAT or GMAT. The interview process is scheduled during January through March. The list of candidate short-listed for interviews is released in stages starting from mid-January. The first profile based shortlist is released before the CAT/XAT results are declared and is based on academic performance, versatility in extra-curricular activities and relevant work experience.All the short listed candidates would be eligible for the first round of interview. Candidates who clear the first round will appear for a second round on the same day.Interviews are conducted in various metro cities across India."
